We believe that the price you see advertised on our site should be the same price that you pay at the checkout. That is why we have included the cost of delivery in our prices.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and to send the package on the next working day. All packages are sent by first-class recorded delivery and will usually take 2-3 working days to addresses in the U.K. and 3-4 working days to addresses in Europe. For addresses elsewhere in the world, please allow 14-28 days for delivery. There may be factors beyond our control that delay the arrival of your Pashmina, in which case please wait 5 days from the date you expected to receive the order before contacting us.

Express Mail Service

All of our prices include free recorded delivery to your door, which normally arrives within one business day of posting. However, we also offer a special delivery option that guarantees delivery of your pashmina to addresses in the UK on the next working day, including Saturday (provided we receive your order before 11am). This service costs an extra £4.99.
