Delivery Terms


Free Delivery

We believe that the price you see advertised on our site should be the same price that you pay at the checkout. We too find it irritating when shopping to get to the checkout and be charged extra for delivery, so that is why we have included the cost of delivery in our prices. We are committed to this policy, even though delivery costs have increased again recently.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and to send the parcel on the next working day, although there may be times when this is not possible. We will email you to confirm when your pashmina has been sent.  Please contact us if you need your pashmina urgently i.e. within the next few days.  Our pashminas are sent by Royal Mail first-class post with proof of posting.  Royal Mail aim for delivery within the UK on the next working day, although at busy times this will usually be delivered to addresses in the UK within 2 to 5 working days, and 3-7 working days to addresses in Europe. For addresses elsewhere in the world, please allow 14-28 days for delivery. There may be factors beyond our control that delay the arrival of your pashmina, in which case please wait 5 days from the date you expected to receive the order before contacting us.

Express Mail Service

All our prices include free delivery to your door, normally within a few days. However we also offer a Special Delivery™ option that guarantees delivery of your pashmina to addresses in the UK by 1pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday) and this service costs an extra £7.65. For next day delivery orders must be received by 11am Monday to Friday.  Royal Mail Special Delivery will need to be signed for.  Guaranteed Saturday delivery by 1pm is available up to 11 am on Fridays, and costs £12.18.

If the Express Mail Service is not available and you require your pashmina urgently or you need delivery by a particular date, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

In any event we recommend that you call us before ordering this service to ensure that your chosen pashmina is in stock and that this service is available.

Please call us if you have any special delivery requirements and we will do our best to help. If you are likely to be out when the postman or courier delivers your pashmina please leave us a message in ‘Order Notes’ if there is a secure place for him to leave your parcel.
